Shipping policy

Delivery is free worldwide on every order over $100. Otto is $149, so that means every order.

Australia: 10 to 18 days.

Everywhere else: usually two to four weeks.

Why it takes that long

Otto ships direct from our supplier rather than from a warehouse in Australia. That is genuinely why it costs $149 instead of $250, and it is genuinely slower. We would rather say so here than have you find out after paying.

Tracking

You get a tracking number by email as soon as it leaves. Tracking on this route often sits still for several days at a time, especially in the first week. That is normal. If nothing has moved after seven days, email us and we will chase it.

Customs and duties

Outside Australia, your country may charge import duty or tax on arrival. That is set by your government, we cannot predict it, and it is not included in what you pay us. Please factor it in before ordering.
