How long does delivery take?
Ten to eighteen days. Otto ships direct from our supplier, which is how we keep it at $149 rather than the $250 an equivalent costs. You get tracking as soon as it leaves.
Do you ship outside Australia?
Yes, anywhere. Delivery is free on every order over $100, and Otto is $149, so that includes yours. Australia takes 10 to 18 days; everywhere else is usually two to four weeks.
Your country may charge import duty when it arrives, which is set by your government and is not included in what you pay us. If your country is not listed on our shipping page, email us before you order.
Does it play music?
No. Otto talks and answers questions. It does not sing, play songs or read audiobooks.
Does it need wifi?
Yes, always. Otto's answers come from the internet, so with no connection it cannot answer anything.
What if it breaks?
Email us with a photo or a short video of what it is doing. If it arrived faulty, or stops working through no fault of yours, you are covered by the consumer guarantees in the Australian Consumer Law, and those do not run out when the 30 days do.
